Listening to customers and the market, TAG Plasturgie is constantly on the lookout for new technologies and constantly invests in new processes in order to improve its productivity and the quality of finished products.

Equipped with plastic extrusion lines entirely designed by an internal design office, TAG Plasturgie is now integrated with a unique technology. Studied to guarantee diameter constancy and laser-controlled precision to the micron the company’s technological know-how is essential in quality technical monofilament extrusion.

The extrusion lines are developed and studied to meet the growing demand of the market.  TAG can transform all types of raw materials with or without different types of fibers, glass, carbon, aramid or other additives, etc.

Since quality is at the heart of TAG Plasturgie’s values, we have  integrated a control laboratory, we test traction, compression, abrasion as well as the impact resistance of finished products.

The technological and industrial combination of TAG Plasturgie naturally leads the company to diversify its activities. Divided into four workshops, the extrusion machine park is made up of:

Monofilament extrusion

Equipped with extrusion lines entirely designed by our internal research department, Tag Plasturgie is today integrated with a unique technology only achieved in aerospace precision conditions. Designed to ensure consistent diameter and laser-controlled micron precision across the entire machine park, our Company’s technological know-how is essential in the extrusion of technical monofilaments. We have adapted our technical know-how to design machinery dedicated to each type of extrusion activity.

3D filament extrusion

 Five 3D filament production lines offering micron precision. The production lines are equipped with co-extruders in order to produce 3D filaments in mono or bi-material. These extrusion lines are also equipped with winders allowing parallel layered winding.

Synthetic rattan extrusion

A synthetic rattan production line for the filaments used in the production of woven furniture. This extrusion line was created to manufacture rattan with mechanical properties necessary for longevity, UV resistance and the comfort of the furniture.

Netting extrusion

Composed of a production line for the manufacture of protective sheath, and protective netting for the use in arboriculture, oyster farming, bar turning, machining of precision mechanical parts, but also for bottlers.

3D filaments
