Polyurethane is a polymer most often used in the manufacture of foam. This material is found in many applications and in all types of fields. Whether in the automotive, nautical, furniture or other industries. Very widely used for the manufacture of seats, sofas for flexible foams or in the building sector for more rigid foams. 3D printed or machined, the molds are made to measure. Accompanied by our mold makers or 3D prototypers, the production of molds brings together technical and technological know-how.
TAG Plasturgie has set up a machine park entirely created by internal technical teams with the aim of being able to respond to a large number of applications. Specialized in the manufacture of armrests, seats, backs, automobile headrests as well as cleats, udders used in the manufacture of horse saddles, the use of polyurethane foam allows flexibility and hardness in perfect balance. The realization of these ergonomic foams used in the manufacture of vehicles and horse saddles can be covered with leather or textile during or after the production phase. Certain parts can also be composed of inserts for more rigidity or overmolded in order to obtain different properties and appearance.
